Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM.
• Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and execute machining works on CNC turning machines.
• Set up and operate CNC turning machines.
• Suggest tooling design and modifications when required.
• Prepare and update CNC programs.
• Determine batch sizes and machine speeds.
• Troubleshoot machines; perform preventive maintenance.
• Check outputs against specs and discard defects.
• Maintain 5S and cleanliness.
