Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore West is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate and set up milling machines according to technical drawings, perform tool setting and workpiece setup, and adjust machines to ensure accurate production runs.

You will read drawings, verify dimensions with measuring tools, and conduct in-process inspections to uphold quality. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, basic maintenance, and adhering to 5S and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC milling machines based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform tool setting, workpiece setup and machine adjustments.
• Read technical drawings and use measuring instruments to verify dimensions.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and carry out basic machine maintenance.
• Monitor production output to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow safety, 5S and quality procedures.
