Job summary

HR FOCUS is seeking a hands-on CNC Machinist in Singapore to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CNC and conventional machines, read technical drawings and perform precision measurements to ensure product quality.

The role involves troubleshooting, basic maintenance, and working rotating shifts while maintaining a clean, safe workstation and collaborating with QA to address non-conforming parts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' CNC machining experience.
• Experience in machine setup & operation.
• Metalworking / precision machining experience preferred.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts.
• Hands-on, responsible and quality-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC & conventional machines.
• Machine precision tooling using milling, turning & grinding.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Perform dimensional checks using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling and machine issues.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance.
• Check and control product quality during production.
• Work with QA to resolve non-conforming parts.
• Prepare and load raw materials.
• Maintain machines, tools and a clean workplace.
