Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating machinery in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of CNC milling or turning operations.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and GD&T fundamentals.
• Proficient with basic metrology tools such as calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC or conventional milling/turning/drilling equipment.
• Load raw materials, set basic machine parameters, and perform tool changes.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges and other tools.
• Interpret engineering drawings and follow process sheets and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities, tool wear, or dimensional deviations.
• Maintain accurate production records including quantities produced, scrap, and downtime.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE usage, housekeeping and machine guarding requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and technicians to resolve production issues.
• Support 5S, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities.
