Job summary

Rtht Technologies in Singapore is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to create instructions for mills, lathes, routers and plasma cutters to shape metal, wood, or plastic parts.

You will interpret engineering drawings and GD&T, develop code in G-code, M-code, or conversational languages, and generate toolpaths with Fusion 360, Mastercam, or SolidCAM, selecting tooling, speeds, and feeds while simulating paths to prevent collisions.

Qualifications

• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications.
• Write or generate machine instructions using G-code, M-code, or conversational programming languages.
• Convert 3D models into precision toolpaths.
• Select cutting tools, fixtures, spindle speeds, and feed rates.
• Run digital simulations to verify paths before loading programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, routers, and plasma cutters to shape parts.
• Read blueprints and GD&T for accurate part fabrication.
• Develop code with CAM software and verify toolpaths.
• ensure correct tooling, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
