Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore seeks a skilled machinist to support program calculations by running simulations or tests and to create CAD files.

You will use micrometers, calipers and dial indicators to ensure precision, collaborating with Engineering on design improvements for cost reductions and manufacturability, and you will translate requirements into tooling and process steps. Associates degree in Machine Tool field is desirable to select the appropriate tools; you will analyze material

Qualifications

Make calculations for programs by running simulations or tests.
Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators and other standard machine shop measuring devices.
Create and adjust CAD files; collaborates with Engineering on design improvements for cost reductions.
Associates degree in Machine Tool field desirable.
Analyses and determines the most effective material sizes for production and suggests alternative materials to engineering when appropriate.
