GD Precision PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a CNC technician to read technical drawings, model cutting paths, and program machines to meet design specs. You will ensure first article conformance, perform QA tests, and optimize production while maintaining quality.)

Responsibilities include tool selection, machine setup, troubleshooting, and guiding operators on proper CNC operation and gauge usage for critical dimensions; involvement with NPI and RFQ is expected.

Qualifications

Ability to read blueprints and set up CNC machines according to drawings.
Model cutting paths using computer software and program machines.
Ensure first article inspection against tolerances and dimensions.
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Read technical drawings and set up machines per blueprints.
Use software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly.
Set up machines to meet first article dimensions and tolerances.
Perform quality assurance tests to verify design specs.
Adjust cutting paths or settings to optimize production while preserving quality.
Select and load correct tools for materials and programs.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine problems as they arise.
Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening.
Guide operators on proper CNC operation and gauge use for critical dimensions.
Manage NPI and RFQ processes.
