Job summary

GLOBAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY is seeking a CNC Programmer (Turn/ Mill) in Bukit Batok, Singapore. The role involves creating and editing G-code and M-code programs for CNC milling and turning, selecting tooling and parameters, and interpreting technical drawings with GD&T to meet precision and productivity targets.

The successful candidate will simulate and prove-out programs, run trials, and work closely with CNC setters and machinists to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with GD&T symbols.
• Proficient in creating and editing G-code and M-code programs.
• Experience with CNC milling and turning processes and tooling considerations.
• Capable of selecting cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and tooling methods.
• Strong attention to detail to achieve required dimensions and surface finish.
• Ability to simulate, proves-out, and troubleshoot CNC programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit G-code and M-code programs for CNC milling and turning.
• Select appropriate tools, tooling methods, speeds and feeds.
• Read and interpret drawings, GD&T, dimensions and tolerances.
• Achieve accuracy, surface finish and productivity targets.
• Conduct program simulation, prove-out and trial runs to identify issues.
