Job summary

PERSONNEL LINK JOBHUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a CNC Manufacturing Engineer to create, verify and optimize Esprit and CamWorks programs for Swiss-type components, and to handle machine setup and first-article inspections.

The role covers design-for-manufacturability reviews, BOM and routing maintenance in BC/ERP, and prompt resolution of production issues such as dimensional drift and tool wear. NPI support and continuous improvement are also part of the remit.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC auto lathe programming and mass production experience.
• Diploma or degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering.
• Esprit/CamWorks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, verify & optimize Esprit / CamWorks programs for Swiss-type components.
• Machine setup, parameter tuning & first-article inspection.
• Participate in DFM reviews; advise on design for manufacturability, cost & yield.
• Create & maintain product BOMs and manufacturing routings in BC / ERP system.
• Resolve production issues: dimension drift, surface finish, tool wear & cycle time.
• Support FMEA, Control Plan updates & SPC monitoring.
• Maintain process records, FAIRs & SOPs; support NPI & continuous improvement.
