Job summary

GLOBALTRONIC PRECISION PTE. LTD. is seeking a CNC Process Engineer to develop and validate programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and live-tooling lathes in a precision manufacturing setting.

You will optimize cutting conditions, select tools and fixtures, and lead cycle-time reduction efforts. Proficiency in CAM software and GD&T is essential. Responsibilities include creating setup sheets, inspection plans, and standard work, performing time and capability studies, and collaborating with

Qualifications

2+ years CNC process engineering experience required.
Proficient with CAM software (Mastercam, NX, SolidWorks) and knowledgeable in G-code/speeds & feeds.

Responsibilities

Develop and validate CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills and live-tooling lathes.
Select cutting tools, holders, fixtures, and machine parameters.
Lead cycle time reduction and tool life improvement projects.
Troubleshoot production issues—dimensional deviations, surface finish, chatter, tool breakage.
Create setup sheets, tool lists, inspection plans, and standard work.
Perform time studies, capability studies (Cp/Cpk), and first-article inspections.
Collaborate with quality on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain program and process documentation revision control.
