Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team in Woodlands. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines for drilling, grinding, and milling. This permanent role offers a basic salary of up to $2,500 and a variable bonus.

Applicants should have qualifications in Precision Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, along with relevant machining experience. Shift work may be required.

Position Title: CNC Machinist

Working Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: 4 days (7.00am - 7.00pm, Shift rotation)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces for drilling, grinding, milling, turning, 2-axis turning, and 5-axis milling.
• Read drawings, blueprints, sketches, and CAD/CAM files to plan machining methods and meet required tolerances.
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect machined parts, ensure specifications are met, and correct defects.
• Create or adjust CNC programs, select suitable tools and coolant, and improve cutting settings for quality and productivity.
• Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot faults, perform basic adjustments, and maintain machines and tools.
• Support fabrication, assembly, inspection, and testing while maintaining production output and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, work with the production team, and report machining or production issues.

Qualifications

• NTC / ITC in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant experience in machining or precision manufacturing.
• Experience in CNC machining, including 2-axis turning and 5-axis milling.
• Able to read technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Willing to work rotating shifts if required.
