Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quality Inspection Engineer to program and optimize CMM inspections, using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MCOSMOS.

You will lead detailed dimensional and visual inspections of machined parts, interpret GD&T, prepare FAI reports, and review approvals, with a focus on ISO 13485 environments. Requires 3–5 years in precision manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within precision machining or high-tolerance manufacturing.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and advanced inspection tools (CMM, vision systems).
• Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to read complex engineering drawings.
• Experience with FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and SPC.

Job description

Location – Tuas, Woodlands

Working Hours – 8.30am to 6pm/5days

Salary - $3000 - $4000

MUST experience in CMM and ISO 13485

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and optimize CMM inspections using PC-DMIS , Calypso , or MCOSMOS
• Lead and perform detailed dimensional and visual inspections of machined parts using tools such as Smart Scope, micrometers, calipers, CMMs, height gauges, surface roughness testers.
• Lead & Prepare inspection reports, first article inspections (FAI) reports for review and approvals
• Interpret complex GD&T, CP and CPK Analysis

Experience - ISO 13485

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within precision machining or a high-tolerance manufacturing environment.
