Position Overview

The Club Executive performs the daily operations of the club residences to provide a warm and personalized guest service to club residences guests during their stay. The individual coordinates the daily operations of the club residences and partners with respective immediate departments to meet established standard prior to their requirements.

The Role

Club Residences Operations

• Welcome and acknowledge all residence owners
• Ensure that all pertinent information is documented
• Perform meet-and-greet for guest arrivals and send-off for guest departures, including personalized check-ins and check-outs
• Perform room checks and distribution of guest amenities
• Conduct property tours and room orientations to introduce facilities, amenities and services
• Prepare breakfast at the Club Lounge
• Prepare and deliver breakfast orders to residences
• Performs concierge services such as arranging transportation, airline reservations and changes, golf, tennis, luggage repair, art sales or any special guest request
• Perform buggy services for residences guests to various locations of the hotel
• Answer, record and process all residence Owners calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns
• Advise guest of any messages, mail, faxes, etc, received for them
• Ensure every guest receives a fond farewell
