Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD is seeking a technically adept IT support professional to provide primary end-user assistance for live systems. The role involves resolving Windows Server and network issues, performing routine maintenance, and monitoring system performance to ensure reliability.

You will troubleshoot problems, assist with login and access management, and participate in incident response and cloud administration on AWS.

Qualifications

Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
Experience with Windows Server 2019 or later.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and cloud networking concepts.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide primary technical support and assistance to end-users for live systems.
Resolve software and system issues related to remote devices, servers, networks, and security systems.
Perform routine system administration, maintenance, and patching.
Monitor system performance and generate operational reports.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate to appropriate teams or vendors.
Assist with login issues, password resets, and access management requests.
Support incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Maintain network infrastructure and security systems for compliance.
Assist in AWS cloud infrastructure administration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
