Job summary

we-plus pte. ltd. seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer to join the Release and Environment Management team in Singapore. You will design and operate hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure and Virtuozzo, drive migrations from on-premise to cloud, and champion IaC and CI/CD modernization.

You will optimize compute, storage, networking, and security while leading incident resolution and automation initiatives, collaborating with governance and architecture teams to ensure resilience and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or DevOps with strong cloud exposure.
• Experience in banking/financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced Cloud Expert – Senior Engineer to join the Release and Environment Management (REM) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure (public cloud) and Virtuozzo (private cloud).
• Ensure availability, scalability, and resiliency across environments (DEV, INT, SIM, UAT, PROD).
• Lead cloud migration initiatives from on‑premise to Azure and Virtuozzo.
• Optimize compute, storage, networking and virtualization environments.
• Support CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modernization.
• Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate on cloud governance and architecture standards.
