Job summary

The successful candidate will lead software design, development, testing, and enhancements, while guiding cloud-based solutions (preferably AWS) for reliability and security. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in software development, testing, or support.
• Hands-on cloud experience required; AWS preferred.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Proven leadership, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design, development, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of software applications.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to understand requirements and deliver on time.
• Develop and support cloud-based application solutions, preferably using AWS.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and drive continuous improvement.
