Job summary

STEENBOK PTE LTD is seeking a technically strong and hands-on Technical Lead to support IT initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders and internal technology teams. The role requires taking on greater technical ownership and leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will lead software design, development, testing, and enhancements, while guiding cloud-based solutions (preferably AWS) for reliability and security. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with relevant hands-on software application experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in software application development, implementation, testing, or support, with hands-on cloud experience required; AWS preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and other IT teams.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to guide and support team members.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
