About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineering Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of one of our cloud platforms. This is a hands‑on leadership role, where you will design secure, scalable, and cost‑efficient AWS solutions while mentoring a team of talented engineers.

You will champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices, lead automation initiatives, and act as the subject matter expert for AWS services and cloud technologies. Beyond technical leadership, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and cloud capabilities.

Qualities We Value

• 5+ years of cloud engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and manage complex cloud projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to communicate technical concepts clearly and manage expectations.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.); AWS certifications are a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and compliance standards (CIS Benchmarks, AWS Foundational Security Best Practices).
