Job summary

Next Frontier Capital is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead to govern risk across Infrastructure Platforms, Cloud Foundational Services, and regulatory engagements in Singapore. You will partner with Product Owners, Control Managers, and Regulators to identify risks, drive AI-assisted risk reporting, and ensure controls operate effectively in a dynamic regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Degree or experience in technology risk management and cybersecurity.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and risk mitigation.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted risk summaries and maintain security standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Leverage AI capabilities to accelerate risk reporting and ensure data handling adheres to sensitivity standards.
• Build relationships with Cloud Foundational Services teams and regulatory stakeholders for cross-functional alignment.
• Respond to regulatory queries related to Public Cloud and assess impact of regulatory changes.
• Perform impact analysis on new/regulatory changes affecting cloud environments.
• Coordinate with regulatory assessment teams on self-initiated assessments and certifications.
• Advise on technology policy and controls, drafting/reg reviewing procedures for cloud risk.
• Ensure alignment with firm standards and controls for Cloud and reporting updates.
• Monitor control effectiveness and suggest enhancements to strengthen regulatory posture.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted control testing with proper human review.
