Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in technology-related risk, control, and assurance on cloud platforms.
• Hands-on IT assurance, risk, or control experience in cloud environments.
• Experience in technology, fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Experience managing multiple bespoke audit engagements.
• Proven automation and data analytics track record.
• Professional qualifications: CIA, CISA, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Experience in regulated environments (preferably Singapore).
• Experience working across multinational teams and cultures.
• Experience leading agile, cross-functional collaboration projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across seniority levels.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
• Strong coordination across all business levels.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and operation of internal audit framework with automation.
• Develop IT audit plan with risk assessment and budgeting using data-driven approaches.
• Deliver audit engagements with analytics to ensure timely outcomes.
• Build and support a self-sufficient IT internal audit team.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of audit recommendations.
• Coordinate and present information for internal and external reporting.
• Develop stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners.
• Travel occasionally to office locations to meet audit objectives.
