Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud migration and implementation projects in Singapore. You will bridge business goals with technical solutions, drive cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure outcomes align with customer value.

You will apply AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework, mentor teams, and communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders, delivering on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading IT project delivery for external customers.
• 5+ years in program or engagement management overseeing multiple projects.
• Experience guiding IT projects with external clients or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Agile and tools like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Guide technical decisions using AWS services, architectures and best practices.
• Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and map to outcomes.
• Decompose problems into deliverable solutions and manage risks.
• Contribute to technical documentation and define standards.
• Communicate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
