Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager to join our Associate to Consultant ProServe Delivery Team to help grow our early-in-career talent and deliver enterprise engagements.

You will lead a team of Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers, collaborating with directors and executives, driving hiring, onboarding, and training, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
8+ years in IT and/or Management Consulting, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
Experience in IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in a customer-facing role.
Fluency of English.
Experience owning and managing IT transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers.
Engage with Directors, C-level executives, and governing boards; drive opportunity capture.
Collaborate with partner teams; drive business development and portfolio guidance.
Define business outcomes for customers by translating technical concepts into business value.
Deliver engagements on time, within budget, and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
