Job summary

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services team in Singapore is seeking a Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customers' technical and business objectives. You will work closely with customer teams, gather requirements, plan migrations, and guide modernization efforts while sharing best practices.

Candidates should have strong architecture foundations and the ability to mentor others, with experience across infrastructure or application layers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field.
• 5+ years of experience with contact centre and AI platforms such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Genesys, NICE, Nuance, Google Dialogflow, or similar.
• 3+ years designing and implementing conversational AI, virtual agents, or AI-powered CX solutions.
• Experience with prompt engineering and/or large language model implementation for customer-facing applications.
• 3+ years of cloud-based solution, system, network and OS experience (AWS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable and secure AWS solutions across infrastructure and/or application layers.
• Architecting and building applications, APIs, and integrations that connect customer systems to AWS platforms.
• Supporting design and modernization of CX platforms, including migration from legacy on-premises systems to cloud-based contact centre solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration and modernization strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends, architecture best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Sharing knowledge through mentoring, training, and reusable artifacts.
