Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on networking experience.
• CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Cisco Routing & Switching, load balancers, Checkpoint or Palo Alto firewalls.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible) and orchestration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support enterprise-grade networking and security across on-prem and cloud.
• Respond to incidents promptly and escalate to 3rd parties when needed.
• Troubleshoot and log tickets with Cloud Service Providers (Azure, AWS).
• Perform firmware upgrades and manage load balancers, VPNs, routing and security policies.
