Job summary

Toku Pte Ltd is seeking a Software QA Engineer to join our team in Singapore. You will review specifications, design robust test plans, and coordinate testing activities across projects.

You will design and execute automation scripts, perform regression and performance tests, and work closely with developers to verify fixes. Strong English communication and AWS familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA with 3–7 years in software QA, preferably CCaaS/CPaaS or voice domains.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and project life cycles (Agile/Waterfall).
• Proficient in SQL or scripting languages; strong API/web testing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review quality specs and technical designs for feedback.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans and cases.
• Estimate and coordinate testing activities across teams.
• Develop and run automation scripts using open-source tools.
• Perform regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Document defects and track issues with the dev team.
• Collaborate with support to investigate customer-reported issues.
