Job summary

Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform their business with cloud technology, delivering secure, scalable solutions across infrastructure, applications, and devices. As a Platform Customer Engineer, you will partner with sales, tackle technical conversations, run proofs-of-concept, and architect cross-pillar cloud solutions to solve business issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud native architecture in customer-facing or support roles.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the technical account plan and strategy for customers.
• Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture to demonstrate value.
• Architect cross-pillar cloud solutions and define delivery plans for customers.
• Support post-sales pricing activities and transition plans to delivery teams.
• Monitor progress and assist cross-functional teams through ramp and migration.
