Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Engineer or similar in an IT setting.
• Experience implementing change management and incident management workflows using ITSM tools (AWS Quick, Zendesk, ServiceDesk) to automate workflows.
• Implement security and access control measures to manage privileged access to test and production environments.
• Full-stack monitoring using APM tools; familiarity with cloud-native monitoring (e.g., CloudWatch).
• Identify and implement process automation to minimize downtime and human error; familiarity with scripting (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with agile, DevOps pipelines, test-driven development, and information-security practices.
• Ability to work with a high-performance team and influence with positive energy.
• Resourceful and innovative problem-solver with new tech.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.
• Experience in AWS ecosystem services and AI application development (RAG, tool calling, workflow automation, data lakes) is advantageous.
