Job summary

KPMG Singapore is seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure & Security leader to drive secure, scalable cloud programs across Azure and AWS for enterprise and government clients. You will shape strategy, mentor teams, and translate technical trade-offs into business impact.

The role covers GCC 2.0/GCC+ integrations, ATO activities, and secure deployments leveraging AI/ML services like AWS Bedrock and SageMaker, with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and governance across hybrid/cloud

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in IT infrastructure, virtualisation, cloud engineering, or technical consulting with proven leadership in enterprise or government environments.
• Certifications (AWS/Azure/Microsoft) are preferred.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud services, security controls, and architecture best practices.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government GCC 2.0 and GCC+ onboarding, security baselines, and hybrid connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud infrastructure strategy and delivery for enterprise and government engagements across Azure and AWS.
• Architect, implement, and operationalise secure, scalable cloud solutions with IAM, encryption, and logging/monitoring.
• Design and manage GCC 2.0 and GCC+ integrations, support ATO activities, and coordinate with government stakeholders.
• Drive AI-enabled cloud programs using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI Service across cloud providers.
• Drive cloud security programs including threat modelling, vulnerability management, and policy alignment.
• Modernise datacentre and virtualization platforms, including DR planning.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements to handover to operations.
• Define Runbooks, SOPs, incident response playbooks, and KPIs for availability and security.
