Job summary

BGC GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Manager in Singapore to lead AWS-based infrastructure, DevOps automation and observability initiatives.

The role ensures resilience, defined RTO/RPO targets, and proactive collaboration with vendors and internal teams. Candidates should hold AWS certifications, with Azure certification a plus, and bring strong communication and coordination skills to drive continuous improvement of cloud operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• AWS cloud technology certification is required.
• Azure certification will be an advantage.
• Experience in infrastructure management, DevOps, observability or automation is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, committed and able to work effectively with technical teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure architecture, resource planning and system performance.
• Operate and improve AWS cloud platforms, infrastructure services and DevOps automation.
• Implement observability practices covering logging, monitoring, tracing and alerting.
• Support infrastructure resilience, including fault tolerance, disaster recovery, redundancy and failover testing.
• Define and manage infrastructure objectives such as RTO, RPO and service availability.
• Lead infrastructure projects and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Support governance processes and continuous improvement of cloud operations.
