Xiaomi Technology in Singapore invites fresh graduates for an entry-level role in cloud infrastructure operations. You will support daily operations, monitor production systems, and assist in deployment and configuration of cloud and containerized apps.

After onboarding, you will join on-call rotations, contribute to automation via scripting and AI-assisted workflows, and collaborate with software and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability while expanding your technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE/SE or related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of cloud concepts, Linux OS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS), and system administration.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, Java) with eagerness to automate.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Support the daily operation of cloud infrastructure and production systems to help ensure service availability, stability, and performance.
• Monitor production systems, assist in troubleshooting incidents, and perform routine operational tasks under guidance of senior engineers.
• Assist in deploying, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, and containerized applications.
• Participate in production changes, system upgrades, maintenance, and on-call rotations after onboarding; compensatory time off per policy.
• Learn and contribute to automation initiatives through scripting and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve reliability.
