Xiaomi Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to maintain the stability of our overseas production environment and continuously improve service quality.

You will work with R&D, product, security, and cloud teams to implement best practices, advance automation, and apply AI-enabled ops to support global business growth.

Applicants should have 5+ years in SRE or related roles and be proficient in Python/Go/Java, Linux, and cloud platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field with 5+ years in SRE/Platform/Cloud roles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language with strong automation skills.
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud platforms is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, load balancing, distributed systems and HA architectures.
• Ability to diagnose issues, coordinate across teams, and drive stability plans.

Aufgaben

• Ensure stability, reliability, and high availability of overseas production environment.
• Manage resource provisioning, capacity planning, monitoring, change management, and incident response.
• Review system architecture and mitigate risks to optimize stability and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents swiftly.
• Build observability with monitoring, logging, and tracing to improve fault detection.
• Develop and optimize automation platforms to improve engineering efficiency.
• Promote AI technologies in operations to enhance automation and R&D efficiency.
• Collaborate with R&D, product, security, and infrastructure teams to drive stability initiatives.
