Job summary

Public Service Division invites applications for a role to manage and deliver enterprise IT applications. The appointee should possess in-depth technical knowledge and project management capabilities to ensure reliable service operations.

You will design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Core, Microsoft 365, mobile and responsive web applications in cloud environments such as AWS. A 2-year contract awaits the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing projects and delivering enterprise IT systems.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in web and mobile application development using C#, ASP.NET Core, iOS, Android, responsive web technologies, Microsoft 365, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS and HTML.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain ASP.NET Core, Microsoft 365, mobile, responsive web and DevSecOps enterprise applications in cloud environments such as AWS.
• Design and develop secure, scalable and user-centric applications following modern software engineering and DevSecOps practices.
• Manage the full project cycle, including planning, consultation with users and management of external contractors and consultants.
• Provide technical and operational support for existing enterprise applications and manage external contractors to ensure service delivery.
