Job summary

PacificLight Power Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to manage the full SDLC for IT application projects, from requirements through post-implementation support. You will liaise with business stakeholders, drive CI/CD and automated testing, and oversee cloud-hosted applications and low-code tools (e.g., SharePoint).

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years as IT Business Systems Analyst with some hands-on development.
• Experience managing full SDLC including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Cloud-based applications and IaaS experience; API management/integration.
• Experience in ERP/CRM or enterprise systems.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
• Ability to guide junior team members.
• AI implementation exposure is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT application projects from requirements to post-implementation support.
• Liaise with stakeholders to translate needs into specs and ensure business objectives are met.
• Drive IT tender processes from initiation to award with procurement.
• Champion CI/CD adoption and automated testing to improve release quality.
• Support cloud-hosted apps and low-code/no-code tools including SharePoint and API platforms.
• Prepare project documentation including processes, tender specs, and SDLC/CI/CD docs.
• Track progress, flag risks, and provide status updates to management.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams on timelines and deliverables.
• Own testing strategy, data validation, and coordination of automated/ regression tests.
• Support change management, user training, and SOP/SDLC process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members on SDLC, DevOps tooling, and best practices.
