Job summary

Singapore Polytechnic is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and deliver enterprise IT applications, including ASP.NET Core, Microsoft 365, and mobile/web workloads. You will work in cloud environments (AWS), oversee IIS and deployment, and guide the full project life cycle with external contractors.

The role demands 3+ years managing enterprise IT projects, 2+ years in web/mobile dev using C#, ASP.NET Core, iOS/Android, and modern web tech.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing projects and delivering enterprise IT systems.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in web and mobile application development using C#, ASP.NET Core, iOS, Android, responsive web technologies, Microsoft 365, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS and HTML.
• Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS) and DevSecOps practices will be advantageous.
• Self-driven, independent and readiness to work as a team.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with an eye of details.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet set targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain new and existing ASP.NET Core, Microsoft 365, mobile, responsive web and DevSecOps enterprise applications in cloud environments such as AWS. Conduct investigations into user-reported incidents and resolve application issues. Manage application servers such as IIS and deploy applications to ensure smooth service operations and availability for all users.
• Design and develop secure, scalable and user-centric applications following modern software engineering and DevSecOps practices.
• Manage the full project cycle, including planning, consultation with users and management of external contractors and consultants. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical and operational support for existing enterprise applications. Manage external contractors to ensure service management and delivery.
