Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise applications development, maintenance and production support.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and governance capabilities.
• Proven experience with .NET Core / .NET 6/8+ and ASP.NET Core MVC.
• Hands-on with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Azure, containers, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead L2/L3 application support activities and ensure incident resolution within SLAs.
• Perform RCA and drive preventive measures to improve stability.
• Monitor performance, logs, and alerts; optimize proactively.
• Manage releases, environments, and post‑release validation.
• Maintain technical docs, runbooks, and knowledge repositories.
