GovTech in Singapore seeks a Deputy/ Assistant Director (Engineering Management) to lead the Cloud Programme's engineering teams and be accountable for engineering outcomes across cloud engineering and hosting services for the whole of government.

The role requires building and guiding Engineering Managers, setting the technical direction, ensuring reliability, security, resilience, and cost-effectiveness of government cloud platforms, and transforming Hosting Support Services with clearer cost

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a strong cloud engineering organisation - develop Engineering Managers and technical leaders, insource critical capability and create the conditions for teams to deliver consistently across government.
• Own the technical health of government cloud platforms and hosting services - ensure they remain reliable, secure, resilient, cost-effective and operationally sustainable.
• Transform Hosting Support Services for WOG - establish a coherent service model that gives agencies clearer cost visibility, stronger support, effective vendor management and greater hosting choice.
