Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions is seeking a seasoned Document Management Systems specialist to join a GovTech-backed project team in Singapore. You will design, deploy, and maintain enterprise DMS solutions, bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and business processes.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText DMS and/or Microsoft SharePoint, plus a strong grasp of web security, session management, and responsive design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText DMS and/or Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of web standards including security principles, session management, and mobile-friendly design.
• Strategic thinking with ability to balance big-picture planning and detailed execution.
• Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Administration of enterprise document management systems to streamline content lifecycles.
• Lead workshops to translate business workflows into functional specifications.
• Define validation criteria and review system integration testing and data conversion.
• Perform deep-dive technical troubleshooting and coordinate with developers to prevent issues.
