Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions is seeking a seasoned Document Management Systems specialist to join a GovTech-backed project team in Singapore. You will design, deploy, and maintain enterprise DMS solutions, bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and business processes.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText DMS and/or Microsoft SharePoint, plus a strong grasp of web security, session management, and responsive design.

As a member specializing in Document Management Systems (DMS), you will be a pivotal member of a high-impact GovTech project team. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Cloud Architects, and Technical Consultants, you will design and deliver mission-critical ICT capabilities that empower public sector efficiency. This role involves rotational 24/7 standby support and planned after-office hours maintenance or patching activities; candidates should be comfortable with such optional requirements.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business requirements, ensuring our document management solutions are robust, scalable, and user-centric. Your key responsibilities include:

• Administration: Manage enterprise-grade Document Management Systems to streamline organizational content and document lifecycles.
• Requirements Analysis: Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to translate complex business workflows into functional and design specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Define validation and acceptance criteria; rigorously review system integration testing and data conversion processes to ensure high-standard delivery.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and collaborate with developers to resolve complex technical issues, implementing preventive measures to optimize performance.

Technical Qualifications:
