Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText DMS and/or Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of web security principles, sessions and responsive design.
• Proactive professional balancing technical depth with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Administration: manage enterprise-grade DMS to streamline content and lifecycles.
• Requirements analysis: lead workshops to translate workflows into specs.
• Quality assurance: define validation criteria and review integration tests.
• Technical troubleshooting: perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with developers.
