Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions is seeking a proactive DMS specialist to join a GovTech-led project team in Singapore. You will design, implement, and maintain document management capabilities, balancing technical depth with strategic stakeholder engagement.

The role involves coordinating requirements, overseeing validation, and supporting data conversion activities, with optional after-hours work when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with OpenText DMS and/or SharePoint
• Strong web and security fundamentals
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise Document Management Systems.
• Lead workshops to translate business workflows into specs.
• Define acceptance criteria and review system integration tests.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with development teams.
