Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee data center and cloud operations, ensuring reliable performance, security, and compliance. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive capacity planning, and manage projects from planning to delivery.

The role requires strong automation, cloud, and DR capabilities, with hands-on experience in Azure and AWS environments, and a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Certification in data center operations (DCMP/CDCP) or equivalent.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (Ansible, Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and business continuity management.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL.
• Microsoft Azure Certified Administrator with minimum 3 years hands-on cloud administrator experience.
• AWS hands-on experience and familiarity with security frameworks and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and maintenance of data center and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead data center operations and coordinate with IT, security, facilities.
• Plan capacity and optimize resources across space, power, cooling, and network.
• Manage infrastructure projects, timelines, budgets, and reporting.
• Ensure security, regulatory and environmental compliance, and DR/BC planning.
• Oversee incident management and root-cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
• Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation and asset tracking.
