Job summary

COMBO TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a responsible Cloud & AI Sales Assistant to provide daily administrative and coordination support to the sales team in Singapore. The role involves handling customer communication, sales documentation, meeting arrangements, and follow-up tasks.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and training will be provided. No overseas travel is required. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills and the ability to use AI tools to aid

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or PR required.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• 0–2 years in sales support, customer service, business coordination or related roles preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for communication with colleagues and customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented with the ability to follow up independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to use AI tools to assist document preparation and daily work.
• Interest in cloud computing, AI or technology solutions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily sales administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations and sales reports.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, operations) to support customer requirements.
• Arrange meetings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales records.
• Prepare meeting notes and follow-up actions.
• Use office software and AI tools to improve efficiency.
