Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated professional to support Clinical Project Managers with trial administration in a fast-paced setting. You will help manage eTMF documentation and ensure adherence to GCP, while assisting with budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination.

The role involves coordinating study logistics, meetings, and training, and maintaining trackers and reports to support high-quality trial documentation and SOP improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in clinical trials, clinical research, or CTA role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Project Managers with clinical trial administration.
• Manage eTMF documentation and ensure GCP compliance.
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate study logistics, meetings, and training activities.
• Maintain study trackers, reports, and trial documentation.
• Support SOP updates and continuous process improvements.
