Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Clinical Trials Support role to assist Clinical Project Managers with trial administration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing eTMF documentation, ensuring GCP compliance, and supporting budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor coordination. The candidate will help coordinate study logistics, meetings, and training activities, while maintaining trackers and trial documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in clinical trials, clinical research, or CTA role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Project Managers with trial administration.
• Manage eTMF documentation and ensure GCP compliance.
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate study logistics, meetings, and training activities.
• Maintain study trackers, reports, and trial documentation.
• Support SOP updates and continuous process improvements.
