Job summary

Alexandra Hospital in Singapore seeks a Research Coordinator to support multi-site NUHS studies on conversational voice AI. You will recruit subjects, collect data and coordinate administrative tasks across hospitals and clinics.

You will work with Principal Investigators, ensure HBRA compliance and manage study records in REDCap and the hospital's EHR. Fresh graduates welcome; 2–3 years preferred; travel between sites required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Science/Public Health/Social Science or related field.
• 2–3 years' relevant clinical research experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with leadership and accountability.
• Willing to travel between hospitals and external study sites; knowledge of GCP/HBRA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Subject recruitment and follow-up, scheduling, and data entry.
• Obtain consent, administer questionnaires and monitor study participants.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to meet recruitment needs and timelines.
• Maintain study records, data collection, and audit-ready documentation.
• Support protocol development and data analysis; ensure HBRA compliance.
