Job summary

Alexandra Hospital, Singapore is seeking a Research Assistant to support a multi-site NUHS voice AI evaluation project. You will recruit subjects, obtain consent, administer questionnaires and manage data across hospitals and clinics in the NUHS cluster.

You will work with investigators and clinical staff to meet study timelines, maintain compliant records, and assist with IRB submissions while ensuring HBRA/GCP adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Science/Public Health/Social Science or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant clinical research experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with targets and deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; leadership and accountability desirable.
• Able to work independently and in a team; meticulous and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and follow up with study subjects; screen and obtain consent.
• Coordinate data collection and data entry; ensure adherence to study aims.
• Maintain study documentation and data in EHR/REDCap; prepare audit files.
• Collaborate with clinicians, staff and departments to meet recruitment needs.
• Ensure compliance with HBRA and GCP; liaise for IRB submissions and updates.
