Job summary

National University Polyclinics is seeking a Research Assistant to support multi-site NUHS research evaluations of a conversational voice AI agent project. You will recruit subjects, obtain consent, collect data, and manage study records across hospitals and polyclinics within the NUHS cluster.

You will work closely with Principal Investigators and the research team to ensure ethical, timely delivery of study deliverables, while maintaining audit-ready documentation and HBRA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Science/Public Health/Social Science.
• 2–3 years’ clinical research experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to travel between hospitals and external study sites as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Subject Recruitment and follow-up, including scheduling and data entry.
• Obtain consent, administer study questionnaires and follow-up on participants.
• Coordinate with research team, clinicians, and departments to meet study needs.
• Maintain study records and data in databases such as Redcap and EHR systems.
• Ensure adherence to HBRA and research protocols; liaise with DS RB/IRB for approvals.
