Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy or related discipline.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain clinical systems to track study and site compliance within project timelines.
• Prepare, distribute, file, and archive clinical documents and reports.
• Review study files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper filing.
• Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), data queries, and clinical data flow.
• Support regulatory submission preparation, safety report handling, and other project logistics.
• Assist with project finance activities, including expense and invoice preparation, tracking, and site payment administration.
• Serve as a central coordination point for project communications with sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support project meetings, documentation, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.
