Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Clinic Assistant for a busy outpatient setting. You will register patients, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist in day surgeries.

The role includes coordinating theatres, anaesthetists, and hospital accommodations, plus handling patient care across outpatient and day surgery services. You will manage Medisave/insurance portals, liaise with insurers and vendors, and provide guidance on insurance-related matters.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum NITEC.
• Prior clinic assistant/enrolled nurse experience advantageous.
• Familiar with insurance portals.
• Comfortable with 5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and attend to inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage surgery-related matters.
• Book operating theatres, anaesthetists, and hospital accommodations.
• Liaise with hospital and patient on outpatient/inpatient matters.
• Follow up on patient reviews and postoperative recovery.
• Maintain clinic stock and inventory.
• Assist in clinic and surgical procedures in outpatient/day surgery settings.
• Manage patients' corporate insurance and MediClaim portals.
• Communicate with insurance companies and vendors on necessary matters.
