Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a leading public healthcare institution at West side polyclinics in Singapore. You will dispense medications safely and accurately and collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, doctors, and nurses to deliver coordinated patient care.

The role requires outpatient experience, strong communication, and a Pharmacy degree. You will support daily pharmacy operations and participate in training initiatives under supervision.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as Clinical Pharmacist with outpatient setting experience
• Strong communication skills, passionate to interact with patients
• Pharmacy-related education qualification

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications
• Work closely with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and fellow pharmacists to deliver coordinated and efficient care
• Support day to day pharmacy operations, such as medication packing when needed
• Work with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care to patients
• Support training initiatives under the guidance of senior colleagues
